Terms and Conditions for Repairing & Services

Customers are required to pay Rs 500/- as inspection charges in advance. These inspection charges are non-refundable.
The inspection fee covers the cost of assessing the item or equipment that requires repair or servicing and is not refundable under any circumstances.
The inspection fee does not guarantee that the repair or service work will be performed or that the item will be repairable. It solely covers the cost of evaluating the condition of the item.
In the event that the customer decides to proceed with the repair or service after the inspection, the inspection fee will be applied towards the total cost of the repair or service.
If the customer decides not to proceed with the repair or service after the inspection, the inspection fee will not be refunded, and the item will be returned to the customer in its current condition.
Once the repair or service work has commenced, an estimate of the total cost will be provided to the customer based on the assessment of the item. This estimate may be subject to change if additional issues or complications are
discovered during the repair process.
The customer must provide accurate and complete information about the item to repaired or serviced, including any known issues or problems. Any omission or misrepresentation of information may affect the accuracy of the estimate and the success of the repair or service work.
The repair or service work will be performed to the best of our abilities and in accordance with industry standards. However, we do not guarantee that the itemwill be restored to its original condition or that it will function flawlessly after the repair or service.
The customer acknowledges that certain repairs or services may require the use of replacement parts or components. If replacement parts are necessary, the customer will be informed of the cost and given the option to proceed with the repair or service.
In the event that a repair or service cannot be completed due to unavailability of replacement parts, technical limitations, or any other reason beyond our control, the customer will be notified, and any applicable fees paid, excluding the inspection fee, will be refunded.
We shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or theft of the item being repaired or serviced while it is in our possession, unless caused by our negligence or intentional misconduct.
The customer is responsible for backing up any data or information stored on the item before submitting it for repair or service. We shall not be responsible for any loss of data or information during the repair or service process.
The customer is responsible for collecting their item, whether it has been repaired or not, within a period of two months from the completion of the repair/service.
If the customer fails to collect their item within the specified two-month period, we will not be held responsible for its safekeeping or further maintenance.
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the customer and us regarding the repair or service of the item and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying the customer.
Force Majeure: We shall not be responsible for any delays, failures, or inability to provide services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, or government restrictions.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Surat jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat jurisdiction.

By proceeding with the repair or service, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
